What you will need: 3 large eggs and 3/4 cup of butter or oil. Baking directions: 1-Preheat oven at 175C and grease cake pan (square or round) or cupcake tin. 2-Melt 3/4 cup of butter or oil. 3-Whisk 3 eggs. 4-In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, the brownie mix (entire package) and butter until batter is smooth. 5-Spread the batter evenly in greased pan or cupcake tin. 6-Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm and a wooden stick in the center comes out clean. 7-Let cool in pan before removing. 8-Optional: apply keto chocolate frosting. Keto chocolate frosting recipe: Ingredients:1 cup butter, 2/3 cup cacao powder, 1 cup powdered erythritol, 1tsp vanilla and 3 Tbsp heavy cream. Instructions:Beat ingredients on low speed, then on high for 30 seconds until frosting is smooth and fluffy.
