Roast the peanuts with some rock salt in a wok. Using salt as a roasting medium helps ensure even roasting and prevents excessive heat, thus preserving their nutritional value. Enjoy them as a snack or add them to your poha, upma, and vegetable dishes. You can also roughly crush the roasted peanuts and mix them into sabudana khichdi, thecha, and wadas.
