VALRHONA CELAYA HOT CHOCOLATE

Made from real chocolate pieces, the Celaya drink offers a delicious hot chocolate with a unique consistency, a rich chocolate flavor and velvety mouthfeel.

Ingredients:
Semi-skimmed milk, water, dark chocolate 50% cocoa minimum (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), cocoa powder, thickener: carrageenan.

Additional Information

Shake well before opening. Heat Celaya in microwave using a suitable container or by steam pressure. It may also be gently heated in a saucepan, stirring from time to time and without allowing to boil.
