UMAMI GLUTEN FREE SOMEN FINE RICE NOODLES

Somen are traditional thin Japanese noodles. Umami’s somen are made using rice flour making them the perfect gluten free alternative.

Ingredients:
Rice flour, potato starch.

Additional Information

Cooking instructions: 1-Put 1L of water in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Put the bag of somen in ans stir. When water comes to a rapid boil decrease heat and continue to simmer for 3 minutes. 2-Put it in a strainer and rinse thoroughly with cold water. After rinsing, drain water completely. 3-Put in a bowl with your favorite soup base. Abd serve with any preferences of your choice (green onions, spices, etc...).
