The white dough has a light color and its more neutral taste goes well with different sauces.

Usage tips

Throw the vermicelli in a large volume of boiling salted water, cook for 4 minutes for “al dente” cooking and 6 minutes for “fondante”. Drain and taste these hot pasta simply with a drizzle of olive oil or with a sauce of your choice.
Suitable for soups.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Contains gluten, may contain traces of egg.
