OLIVIERI 1882 PEAR AND DARK CHOCOLATE PANETTONE

This panettone with pears and chocolate is made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. We fill it with handmade candied pears and 55% dark chocolate chips. You can find little black dots of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla inside. The texture is extremely soft and the flavour is elegant but strong. It’s a rich but highly digestible panettone, thanks to the usage both of first quality raw materials and of long rising techniques. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

Ingredients:
Soft wheat flour, butter, eggs, candied pears (10%) (pear 70%, sugar, water), 52% Valrhona dark chocolate (10%) (cocoa paste, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), cane sugar, natural mother dough (soft wheat flour, water), water, acacia honey, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
