Reishi is known as the ‘Mushroom of Immortality’ in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and traditionally regarded as the preeminent medicinal mushroom to support the ‘Zheng Qi’ or vital life force. High in biologically active compounds such as triterpenoids and polysaccharides, Reishi may prove helpful in balancing inflammation. It is also considered an adaptogen to support stress reduction and relaxation.

Mix approximately 1 serving with hot water and a splash of milk if desired. Adults take 1-3 servings per day.
