Additional Information

Directions: 1-Preheat frying pan and grease lightly. 2-Shake bottle to loosen dry mix. 3-Remove lid. Do not discard lid. 4-Fill bottle with 400ml of your favourite milk or to level indicated on the label.Adjust quanttity of milk added depending on size and consistency required.Replace lid securely.Turn bottle upside down and tap lid on bench to loosen mix. 5-Shake bottle welll for 1 minute. 6-Pour batter into frying pan to desired size.Cook over a low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 7-Refrigerate any remaining batter for up to 3 days and shake bottle well before re-use. Storage: Store unopened bottle in a cool,dry place,away from direct sunlight. Allergens: Contains buckwheat and egg. May be present: Gluten
