GUDTOLLI FRESH EGG NOODLES

Healthy natural Lebanese pasta that’s colored with turmeric and curry.

Ingredients:
Highly refined flour, fresh eggs, salt and olive oil.

Additional Information

How to cook: Bring a large stockpot of generously salted water to a rolling boil over high heat (100°C). Add in Gudtolli fresh pasta, and immediately begin to stir gently so that the pasta doesn't stick together. Continue to cook just for 5 minutes. Drain the pasta and keep aside a cup of pasta water to add to your sauce to thicken it. For great taste, cook your pasta directly before consuming.
