Cramps are involuntary and sudden contractions of the muscles, that are more or less painful. Their frequency increases with age and most of the time they mainly affect the lower limbs such as the thighs, calves and feet. Cramps can occur at any time: both at rest and while sleeping or during sports. They can in particular be linked to intense physical effort, dehydration or even a deficiency in vitamins B1, B6 and magnesium.
Reducramp is an exclusive combination of vitamins, trace elements and plants that promote muscle relaxation.
Red cinchona (Cinchona officinalis) is a plant that participates in the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles and limits abnormal muscle contractions causing cramps.
Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Calcium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin D also contributes to the normal absorption of calcium.
Magnesium, a trace element essential for the nutritional balance of the body, contributes to normal muscle function. It is involved in the processes of muscle contraction and relaxation.
Reducramp has the particularity of containing both marine magnesium in the form of oxide and magnesium of mineral origin in the form of citrate.
