EXPLORE CUISINE ORGANIC CHICKPEA FUSILLI
With an appetizing Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flair, Explore Cuisine’s Chickpea Fusilli is a healthy choice that will please the family and simplify your life. Extremely easy to prepare and serve with any pasta sauce or topping of your choice.
Organic chickpea flour, organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic pea protein powder.
Easy pasta preparation- serves 4:
-Bring 2 litres of water to boil.
-Add 250g of Explore cuisine chickpea fusilli.
-Reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 minutes.
-Rinse, drain and serve.
Organic Chickpea Fusilli with aubergine, tomato and spring onion:
-250 g Explore Cuisine organic chickpea fusilli
-1 large aubergine, small diced.
-400 g cherry tomatoes, halved.
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp parsley chopped
-2 spring onions, sliced
-Salt and pepper to taste.
Pasta: prepare according to above instructions.
-Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius.
-Toss aubergine with olive oil. Roast until brown and tender.
-Toss tomatoes and garlic with olive oil and roast in the same oven until the tomatoes are blistered. Remove the garlic and finely chop.
-Mix aubergine, garlic, tomatoes (including juices) with fusilli. Add a splash of olive oil if needed.
-Season with salt and pepper.
-Garnish with parsley and spring onion.
