These noodles have been expertly crafted from organic Japanese wheat flour, which delivers a firm texture with an added touch of springiness (known as “koshi” in Japan). They are steamed rather than fried, making them deliciously low in fat.
The soup base is an instantly dissolving paste, rather than a powder. It helps to create a richer and smoother consistency and fresher, more authentic taste experience. It’s made using organic Japanese soya sauce, umami-rich kombu dashi and mirin (sweet rice seasoning) instead of refined sugar.

Noodles (76%): wheat flour(99%), sea salt (1%).
Soup Base (24%): Brown rice miso (29%) (whole soya beans, cultured brown rice, sea salt, water), mirin (sweet rice, shochu [water, cultured rice], cultured rice), sesame paste, soya sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, sea salt, grain alcohol [ethanol]), sea salt, onion purée, ginger purée (3%), toasted sesame oil, garlic purée, kombu sea vegetable extract (water, kombu, sea salt), water, cayenne pepper, black pepper, white pepper.

On the Hob: For one serving place 400ml of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the contents of one soup sachet just before turning on the heat and mix well. Serve with your favourite toppings. Microwave: For one serving place the noodles in a microwavesafe bowl and add 400ml of boiling water. Cook uncovered on HIGH (650W-850W) for 5 minutes.
