Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes. We deliver nationwide. Delivery is available 6 days a week,
Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 12pm are typically delivered
the same day within Beirut and the next day for other regions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery for all orders.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Unopened products in their original condition can be returned
within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning anything.
Do you carry products for specific diets?
Yes — we stock products for gluten-free, vegan, keto, paleo,
and dairy-free diets. Use the Shop by Lifestyle menu to filter.
Can your team advise on supplements?
Yes. Our team is trained in supplement guidance and can advise
on products suitable for your needs. Come in store or call us.
For complex health protocols, we can refer you to a practitioner.
Are all your products certified organic?
We carry both certified organic products and carefully vetted
natural products from small Lebanese producers. All products are
checked for ingredients, sourcing and ethical practices before
we bring them in.
